WATER FESTIVAL

On the first Saturday in June, the City of Cortland Waterworks comes alive with displays, activities, exhibits and games relating to water. The Cortland County Water Festival offers residents a chance to learn about our local water resources in an engaging and interactive way. There's something for everyone, whether young or young at heart – take a horse drawn wagon ride through the waterworks property and learn about local geology and the aquifer, test your water knowledge
playing water trivia, or make bubbles with the kids. There are plenty of kids games and activities with prizes and give-aways. Get your face painted, take home a balloon, and play mini-golf – it's all free and open to the public.
The 2010 Water Festival will be June 5 th from 10 am until 2 pm.
